Well according to the MLS there were three properties sold in Downtown Jersey City last week. No exactly a stellar performance but coming off the previous week’s strong showing it is somewhat understandable.
Obviously the average numbers will me skewed becasue of such few data points but this is our reality so we’ll post them .
The average time on market is a standout number with the three units posting an average of just 23 days.
Average price per square , was $476
Average discount to asking price was 5.3%
