Average discount to the asking price was lowered to approximately 3.53% vs 4.9% discount to asking in December
Average selling price was approximately $418,455 vs $437,238 the previous month
Average price per Square foot was approximately $410 vs $432in December. Without the huge 299 Pavonia ( see pictures) avenue listing that came in a7 about $143 per square the overall price per square foot would have been about $424.
